Short and sweet.
Son and Girlfriend came to visit this weekend. They were here less than 18 hours and Son said twice that The Ex "is crazy." Not in a playful tone when you tell someone, "You're so crazy!" and then you both laugh. Girlfriend was saying that after finding out someone in Husband's family had bought their diaper bag, The Ex yanked on the zipper really hard, tore it, and said, "Oops!" Son said, "Yeah, she's crazy." The next day, the four of us were eating dinner. I don't remember how it happened exactly; I think someone said something about Son getting certain traits from Husband or The Ex. Son said again, "She's crazy." Girlfriend said, "She is!" I said that I wasn't going to comment and left it at that. Son said, "No, seriously. She really is crazy." I knew he'd see it eventually. I just didn't think it would be this soon.
