Movies: fun for the whole family except when they're not.
Tiny City has free weekly movies that are sponsored by the library. The Ex was once telling Son that she wished she had them during the week so they could go and do something without spending money. I don't remember exactly how it was worded, but I do remember that she complained about the "free G** d**n movies" that she couldn't take Son or Daughter to see. ( Such a caring, loving way to speak to your child. ) ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ I blogged the other day and had written that Daughter told me that Ned, The Ex, and her two youngest kids had gone to see a movie while The Ex's sister babysat for Ned's son. Daughter said that Ned didn't want Lucifer to go because the movie they were seeing was "too violent"; they don't allow Lucifer to watch action movies because of him making comments that he's going to kill Ned.
