Taste of his own medicine.

  Not even two weeks ago, Husband and I confronted Son about his lying. ( This was when we took away all of his bonus things, like a phone and a car and a TV. ) Instead of being mature and owning up to what he had done, Son literally looked Husband directly in the eye and lied about lying; he must have thought we didn't know the truth and if he kept lying, he'd weasel his way out of it.  We actually saw the flash in his eye when he realized he was caught and there was no getting out of it.   As that's been explained, Husband and I couldn't stop giggling to ourselves last night because Son posted this to Facebook: "Now I know what it feels like when people lie straight to your face"   Maybe I shouldn't laugh...but I just can't help it  ðŸ˜‚

  Daughter has complained before that The Ex nags them about "spending time with her" but when they're in Tiny City, The Ex is spending all of her time with Ned ( Just like she did ten years ago when she had custody; she'd leave the kids with her parents and run off with Boyfriend for who knows how long and her parents got tired of it. )  A few weeks ago, Son had wanted to go to a water park with his girlfriend.  While Son was gone, The Ex called him and left this voicemail at 3:19pm: "[Son], I just drove by, twice now in the last hour. ( I'm assuming she was saying she had driven past his girlfriend's house. )  And....both those vehicles are there!  Are you at [name of water park], or what?! ( The Ex is now accusing Son of lying to her about where he is.  Which I suppose isn't that hard to believe considering Son's behavior lately, particularly when he's with The Ex. )  I guess I'm to the point where I'm starting to get upset. ( Abo...
