Happy Easter
The Ex currently owes us nearly $300 for the kids' medical bills but hasn't made any type of payment for almost six months now. The bills are supposed to be repaid within 30 days of us submitting them to her, yet the oldest bill dates back to December of 2014. My reason for bringing this up is that The Ex & Ned decided to take a "family vacation" this weekend - without Ned's son - that is costing them probably close to $1,000 once you factor in transportation, food, housing, admission, etc. So WE pay for the kids' insurance, we pay for OUR half of the balance of the bills after insurance makes their payment, and we end up paying for HER half of the the bills. We're paying three separate times for this crap, and she's taking the kids on vacation in another state. Oh, to be a deadbeat parent...
I am also beyond disgusted by Ned's behavior; he & his exwife had a baby who was either stillborn or died the same day it was born; they later had their son who is now five years old. One day after what would have been his first child's seventh birthday, Ned posted about them being on vacation and having "dinner with the family" while his own biological son is not there.
I also think Ned's family is noticing a problem (I predicted this a long time ago, especially after The Ex was talking to her sister and referred to Ned's child as "that f*cker.") Before leaving on their vacation, The Ex uploaded a bunch of pictures of her kids & her nieces finding/posing with their Easter baskets; the only pictures of Ned's son were the group photos. Ned's mom commented, "What did [Ned's son] get in his basket?" Ned replied that he got a race car...which you can see in a different picture, laying on the ground underneath The Ex's son's Easter basket. (I'm almost wondering if it wasn't a last-second thought. As in, they bought the car for The Ex's son but then decided to give it to Ned's son instead.)
I used to be worried about Ned, but now I feel he deserves every last ounce of misery that The Ex is inevitably going to cause in his life. Anyone who can exclude their own child from not just an Easter activity but an entire "family vacation" is, simply put, a piece of shit.
