Facebook needs to block The Ex from their platform.
The other day, The Ex copied-and-pasted one of those quizzes about your kids; it asks questions like, "Who is the loudest?" and you're supposed to answer which of your children applies to the question. The Ex decided to do this, but twice - first for her kids with Boyfriend, and second for Son and Daughter. I don't understand why she didn't do all four kids in one quiz, but whatever.
For the first quiz, The Ex posted:
"Parents who have more than 1 child, no matter the age- let's see the difference between your kids. This should be fun! ๐
Here's between [The Ex's daughter] and [The Ex's son]!!!
•Most stubborn? [The Ex's daughter]
•Most laid back? [The Ex's son]
•Worst temper? [The Ex's son] (...how can he be the most laid back and have the worst temper??)
•Most likely to share? [The Ex's son]
•Eats the most? [The Ex's son]
•Pickiest eater? [The Ex's daughter]
•Who sleeps the longest? [The Ex's daughter]
•Sneakiest? Both
•Who is the loudest? Both
•Who is the shyest? Both (How in the hell can they both be the loudest and the shyest???)
•Who has the most attitude? Both
•Most dramatic? [The Ex's daughter]
•Who talks the most? [The Ex's daughter]
•Who has mom's personality? [The Ex's daughter]
•Who has dad's personality? [The Ex's son] ๐ญ
•Who is most responsible? [The Ex's daughter]
•Who is most likely to take care of me? Both
•Who is likely to cause me to lose my mind? Both
•Who is the most protective? [The Ex's son]
•Who makes you laugh the most? Both
•Who would help you hide a body? Both
•Who is likely to give me gray hair? Both"
For the second quiz, The Ex posted:

•Who has dad's personality? NIEHTER (At this point, I just started laughing. Everyone says that Son and Husband are twins, and Daughter and I are completely alike. But sure, whatever...The Ex thinks they're both like her and nothing like Husband, so we'll run with that pipe dream.)
•Who is most responsible? [Daughter] (HAHAHA...she literally just told Daughter a few weeks before this that she's "still a kid" and that she would "always be a kid" while she lived with us because we're "not teaching her about responsibility." But now in Facebook land, Daughter is soooo responsible.)

A few days after posting these nonsensical answers, The Ex shared a video post where a grandfather was teaching his daughter a lesson by having her hammer nails into a piece of wood; he explained that the nails represented hurtful words that the granddaughter would have said, and the piece of wood was the person that she was saying the mean things too. He explained that even if you remove the nail and apologize, there would still be damage to the wood that could not be undone.
I've heard this analogy before, I understand it, and I agree with it. However, The Ex shared this video, tagged Ned and Son and Daughter, and captioned her post:
"Great lesson... I'm just glad that I instill great behavior in my kids and hope to never have this issue!!!"
Uh...what? The woman who consistently tells her children that their dad is "a piece of shit" and that their stepmom is "a slut" is now talking about the vitality of not using hurtful language towards people and bragging about "instilling great behavior" in her kids? My head hurts...
And then finally, this is the one that I think you're really going to enjoy.
I'm sure some of you have seen the "Dhar Mann" videos circulating around Facebook. They all tell a different story and provide some type of lesson within the video about not judging or hurting others because we don't always see the full picture. I like the messages that are being put out by the videos but don't particularly care for them, because I think the acting is cheesy and horrible. But anyway...The Ex shared one of these videos that said, "Rude stranger judges pregnant 51-year-old lady. She instantly regrets it." The video was based on a true story; it showed a random woman in a restaurant berating a pregnant woman, saying she was selfish for being pregnant at her age, criticizing her, and saying that she's not thinking of anyone but herself, etc. It turns out that the 51-year-old was acting as a surrogate for her daughter, who'd had multiple miscarriages and was unable to carry a baby to full-term.
Now, this would be nice if The Ex had just shared this video and left it at that. But no, she managed to take this story about a mother making a sacrifice for her child...and completely twisting it around.
The Ex not only posted this video to her timeline, but she sent it to Daughter privately via Facebook Messenger and then wrote:
"See [Daughter]... you can have mine and [Ned's] baby (emoji of a smiley face with hearts) ❤"
...first of all, The Ex already has four children and genuinely loves/cares for none of them; they are a source of her narcissistic supply and nothing else. Second - The Ex is nearly 39 years old, Ned just turned 41, they have a combined total of five living children and two grandchildren...so why. the. hell. would. they. have. another. baby?? Third, Daughter isn't even 19; I cannot imagine that she'd even contemplate for one second having her first pregnancy, labor, and childbirth experience to be for her sibling.
I just can't with this woman and her mental instability...
