More Holiday Crazy.
After the family fight that The Ex caused by addressing her sister in a group chat and stating that "they" don't want her long-term boyfriend coming to their family Christmas celebration, Daughter says that now they don't think they're celebrating Christmas together anymore.
The day after Nephew 3 said that he and his fiancee weren't coming, The Ex's brother asked if they were doing anything for Christmas and said he was going to start planning something else. The Ex replied:
"So, let's start with the Hall... it's $100.00 now. I may get back $50.00... IF IT'S CLEAN...(The Ex told everyone on December 4th that the hall was $50 and she'd get $25. Less than a week later, she says that the hall is $100.00 and she might get $50.00 back. And then she acts shocked when people accuse her of lying.)
On top of that, I'm not renting something for people to eat, open presents and leaving. (...I am utterly confused as to what else she thinks is supposed to happen at a Christmas party.)
??? Thoughts???
So many family members left this site... for stupid reasons (I love that she still thinks a group chat is a "site." Also, it's not really "for stupid reasons. They got tired of the arguing and insults that were being thrown around, so they removed themselves from the situation.)
Some... don't want to start ANYTHING... shouldn't have put any of there 2 sense in. (O.m.g. SHE brought it up in a group chat and then says that nobody ought to have chimed in?! What the actual hell goes through her mind?! Also: *their and *cents.)
Yes, I want Christmas...but why if no one will b there????
EVERYONE HAD MORE THAN A MONTH 2 MAKE SURE TO HAVE THIS DAY OFF (...literally not one single person said they weren't coming because of work. I have no idea why she's screaming at everyone.)"
Older sister 1 said that they'd have to leave the party by 3:30-4pm because it was a long drive back, she hates driving in the dark, and she knew Nephew 3 and his fiance (Who already said they weren't coming) had another Christmas party that day. The conversation changed to Son & Girlfriend's baby. The Ex must have been mad that nobody was paying attention to her so she replied:
"Cancel the saran wrap thing. (I couldn't stop laughing earlier because she repeatedly called it "serran wrap" and nobody was correcting her.) I cancelled my Amazon order. No one wanted to pitch in... [Older sister 1] was the only one that said she would
When u figure out when and where Christmas is let us know
[Girlfriend and Son], I hope you can come over on the 25th around 10am so we can open presents and have brunch"
The Ex is supposed to pick up Daughter on the 20th and have her until 5:30pm on the 26th. We just found out that Daughter has practice in the morning on both the 23rd and 26th. Daughter handed me the schedule yesterday and I asked if The Ex knew about it; Daughter said yes. I asked what The Ex said about it and Daughter said, "She's not happy!" I kind of shrugged and the conversation died at that point. There's really no point in talking about it; it's just the same cycle we always go through and nothing ever changes with The Ex. It is what it is.
